The app is easy to use, completely personalised to you and provides lots of tools to help you relax. It's designed to provide support for anyone looking to improve their mental wellbeing, at a time and place to suit you. Thrive offers NHS approved screening tools, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) programmes and mindfulness content. As well as the staff launch, we’re delighted to also be able to offer a free three month trial of Thrive to you, our volunteers, as a thank you for everything you do for us. That’s why I’m delighted to be able to offer you a trial of a brilliant NHS wellbeing app, which we’re providing to our volunteers and staff. Prioritising our wellbeing has never been more important. Our resilience has been tested, and it will continue to be for a few months longer. It’s a real comfort to know that we continue to navigate the challenges with you by our side, even when we’re at home and not in our stores. I speak for everyone in Trading when I thank you for your exceptional support last year. With most of the UK in another lockdown, we’ve once again closed all our shop doors, apart from in Guernsey, while we stay home to protect each other and the NHS.
